In August of 2007, Anne Flentgen-Rich started Pasley Communications after years of working as a writer and teacher in universities, high schools and nonprofits.
By December of 2007, Anne signed her first major client, AmeriClean. AmeriClean is one of the region's top carpet cleaning companies. It needed Anne's help in new marketing campaigns that helped build business. That relationship has lasted ever since.
The economic crisis of the time period forced several local organizations to beef up their marketing strategy. Anne picked up clients throughout the region and across the country. She developed a reputation as someone who provided quality work at a good price.
In mid 2008, Anne and former television newsman Frank McCaffrey worked together on a book project. A few months later, Anne and Frank formed a working agreement. In October of 2009, Frank signed on as President and CEO of Anne's company. He took over the daily operation of the company while she focused on her top client.
Today Pasley Communications is one of the top graphics, editing and writing shops in the Western Maryland region. The company has a broad range of clients from colleges to restaurants. Its motto is, "We help you tell your story." As long as there are stories to tell, there will be a place to go.
